4. Fare Accuracy & Real-Time Pricing

  • All fares displayed are dynamic and real-time
  • Prices, availability, taxes, and fees may change prior to ticket issuance
  • A booking is not confirmed until an e-ticket is issued
  • Fare selection does not guarantee availability.

5. Booking & Ticketing

  • Payment authorization is required before ticket issuance
  • Ticketing may take up to 24 hours or longer in certain cases
  • A booking remains pending until ticketed
  • If ticketing cannot be completed, the booking may be canceled or voided in accordance with airline and payment-network rules.

6. Payment, Security & PCI Compliance

  • Payments are processed using PCI DSS-compliant systems
  • No full card numbers or CVV data are stored
  • Our infrastructure is scanned by an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV), Backbone Security, Inc.
  • Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud

Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation or voiding of the transaction.

7. Fraud Prevention & Verification

We reserve the right to:

  • Perform security and fraud checks
  • Pause ticketing where risk indicators are present

If the payer’s last name differs from the passenger’s last name, or inconsistencies are detected, we may contact the customer for verification.

This is a standard industry security practice.

8. Baggage, Seats & Ancillary Services

  • Baggage allowance, seat selection, meals, and extras are governed by airline fare rules
  • Some fares may include no baggage or seat selection
  • Additional charges may apply directly by the airline

My Flights Portal does not guarantee baggage inclusion or seat assignment.

9. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes and refunds are subject to:

  • Airline fare rules
  • Penalties imposed by the airline
  • Agency Fees

Any service or booking fee charged by My Flights Portal is NON-REFUNDABLE,
except where required by law

Refund timelines depend on airline processing and may take one or more billing cycles.

10. 24-Hour DOT Rule (Where Applicable)

In accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT):

  • Certain U.S. bookings may qualify for a 24-hour void or refund
  • Eligibility depends on airline fare rules and timing of booking
  • Agency fees are excluded unless legally required

11. Airline-Initiated Changes & Force Majeure

My Flights Portal is not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes
  • Cancellations or delays
  • Aircraft substitutions
  • Weather, strikes, government actions, or force majeure events

Such matters are under the airline’s sole control.

12. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate passenger details
  • Ensuring names match valid government ID
  • Reviewing fare rules before booking
  • Complying with airline policies and travel requirements

Errors in passenger details may result in denied boarding or additional charges.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites.
We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not liable for their practices.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Flights Portal shall not be liable for:

  • Airline service failures
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
