At My Flights Portal, we take pride in offering a transparent booking experience. To maintain our high standards of 24/7 customer support and provide expert assistance for complex itinerary changes, we apply a professional service fee for requests made after a ticket has been issued.

1. Transparency & Consent

My Flights Portal operates on an explicit consent basis. * We will never charge a post-ticketing fee without your prior authorization.

Before any transaction is processed, you will receive a comprehensive quote via phone or email detailing the total cost (Airline Penalties + Agency Service Fees).

No charges will be applied to your payment method until you have confirmed your agreement to the final amount.

2. Service Fee Schedule

The following fees are charged by My Flights Portal for the labor and administrative costs associated with modifying an existing reservation. These fees are separate from and in addition to any penalties or fare differences imposed by the airlines.

3. Fee Definitions

Agency Service Fee: This fee covers the professional time spent by our travel experts to coordinate with airlines, navigate Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and re-issue electronic tickets.

Airline Penalty: This is a mandatory fee charged by the carrier according to the fare rules of your ticket. Many "Basic Economy" or "Restricted" fares may be non-refundable or carry high change penalties ($200–$500+).

Fare Difference: If the new flight you select is more expensive than the original, the airline requires payment of the price difference.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

As an ARC-accredited agency, we comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. For bookings made at least seven (7) days before departure for flights involving a U.S. airport, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase. While airline penalties are waived in this window, a nominal agency administrative fee may apply to cover processing costs.

5. Non-Refundability

Please note that all agency service fees are non-refundable once the requested service (change, cancellation, or name correction) has been successfully processed. In the event of an involuntary schedule change or cancellation by the airline, our service fees may be waived at our discretion.
