Cancellation and Exchange

User(s) warrant to abide by any Travel Service Provider's Terms Or Conditions of Purchase, whether that Travel Service Provider(TSP) is chosen by the user(s) or by us, including, but not limited to, timely transactions and adherence to the Travel Service Provider's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, hotel bookings, products, and/or services. All airline tickets and hotel reservations are non-refundable, although, in some circumstances when the airline/travel service or hotel provider permits cancellations, a credit may be applied to future ticket purchases or hotel booking by the same passenger on the same airline or at the same hotel. In cancellation-related instances, TSP may apply a penalty and a fare differential (if any). It should be noted that no cancellation is guaranteed. The user(s) will be responsible for the fare difference (if any), as well as any applicable TSP fines and myflightsportal.com's exchange fee. All costs, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from the use of this Site are exclusively the responsibility of the user(s). When User(s) wish to cancel or swap plane tickets and hotel bookings for new dates/routing, we recommend them to read our Refunds Policy and Change Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-endorsable. However, if the user(s) has Trip Protection insurance and has not yet started traveling, the user(s) is eligible for a refund within 10 days after purchase. To do so, users must contact our customer care center and request cancellation. We can only accept refund requests if the following conditions are met: Cancellation and refund policies are included in the tariff guidelines. Our ability to obtain waivers from TSP and the fact that the user is not a "no show" (s). All refund requests are processed in chronological order. However, we are unable to provide an estimate of how long this process will take. We'll send an email acknowledgment with a tracking number after our customer service agent has received the User's cancellation/refund request. Following receipt of your request, we will work with Travel Service Providers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental businesses to generate a waiver based on their rules, and we will notify the user of the supplier's decision. Please keep in mind that we are reliant on our suppliers and cannot guarantee that the requested refunds will be received. If the supplier does not complete the refund request, we will return the user(s) our refund processing fees, but not the service fees we previously charged for the original travel reservation or hotel accommodations.

Changes in Fare

Users agree that bookings/ reservations made through this Site are subject to the respective TSP's Terms and Conditions (s). All reservations/bookings are not guaranteed until they are ticketed. Even after a reservation has been confirmed, the fare may change due to changes made by the Travel Service Provider. Any fare changes will be communicated to you, and we will never bear any financial or other liability for such changes. We are unable to honor the TSP's original price. We can only inform you of the revised fare and give you the option to cancel or continue to purchase the products/services at the new price. There are no cancellation fees for such a booking or reservation.

Payments with Credit/Debit Card

We accept any credit cards with a confirmed US, Canadian, or other nation billing address for ease of payment. Click the drop menu down on the check-out page to get a list of countries that accept credit cards. If a User's credit card is denied for whatever reason, we may contact the User within 72 hours. Please keep in mind that providing your credit card information does not guarantee you a ticket. myflightsportal.com is also not responsible if your credit or debit card is declined or not charged. Your credit or debit card may not have been approved or charged for a variety of reasons. For instance: TSP(s) were unable to confirm the reservation since the fare has increased since payment information was given and before ticketing. Insufficient funds are not accessible on the credit card.

For credit card payment processing, myflightsportal.com employs strict security precautions. Any credit card payments are the responsibility of the user(s). Of course, in the event of a chargeback or credit card dispute, where the user(s) has purchased a product or service on our site, the user(s) agree to reimburse FlightsChannel.com. Denials of Credit Cards
