Cancellation & Change Policies

Each airline's fare restrictions, policies, and procedures apply to all airline refunds/future credits. All non-refundable post-ticketing service costs are subject to change without notice. Flights Channel fees, collected additional rates, and other fees are in addition to any airline. Only the final total amount will be charged. Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. You will only be charged the whole amount shown at the end.

After 24 hours, most of our airline tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made through telephone. Only if the following requirements are met may we consider refund requests: You have requested a cancellation and refund with us, and if the fare rules allow it; To apply terms and conditions to our products and services; You are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are ineligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing); and If we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

We will work with suppliers such as airlines and hotels to draught a waiver based on airline and other supplier rules and tell you of the supplier's decision once we receive your request. Our service costs for the initial travel reservation or hotel reservation are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that we are reliant on the suppliers for the requested refunds. It may take some time for the refund to reflect on your bank statement after the supplier has accepted it.

In general, all vendors impose a refund penalty. From the time you submit your request to obtaining credit on your bill, it could take up to 60 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by airlines and other providers, FlightsChannel.com will impose a non-refundable post-ticketing services cost, which is subject to change without notice. All refund fees are assessed per passenger and per ticket. Only if the supplier has permitted a refund or a waiver has been received, as well as when the airline/supplier rules allow for such returns, will these costs be assessed. Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. You will only be charged the whole amount shown at the end.

If the flights are refundable, the following fees are in addition to the Airline Penalty imposed by the airline.

All cancellation requests must be made to the following email address: admin@myflightsportal.com. For departures from United States, cancellations made within 24 hours are not accepted. After tickets are issued, they are subject to airline rules. Non-refundable and non-changeable tickets are possible. There are no exceptions. Taxes and levies are calculated per person.
